Make a submission by completing the form below. If wanted, you will have the chance to speak at a Council meeting about your views.
After Council has considered all submissions, it will decide on its final proposal. At this time there will be the opportunity for appeals from anyone who submitted on the original proposal and fresh objections to any amendments. Once finalised, the representation arrangements for Napier will remain in place for up to six years, or until any relevant legislation changes.
