Tattooists and Skin Piercers Bylaw 2014

This Bylaw enforces minimum standards for tattooists and skin piercers in Napier City through a licensing regime. The Tattooists and Skin Piercers Bylaw seeks to promote good health outcomes and prevent the spread of communicable diseases such as Hepatitis B and HIV by imposing robust hygiene requirements. Council applies this bylaw alongside the most up to date guidance from the Ministry of Health.
