Submarine Pipeline Protection

Napier City Council, Hastings District Council and Pan Pac Forest Products Ltd are jointly applying to protect their wastewater pipelines. What do you think of their application?

Napier City Council, Hastings District Council and Pan Pac Forest Products are jointly applying for a protection zone above their ocean-based wastewater pipelines under the Submarine Cables and Pipelines Protection Act 1996.

Protection zones aim to prevent future damage to these pipelines, and give each organisation legal protection of their wastewater pipelines.

Before giving your feedback below, please note that the survey relates to the establishment of a protection zone for the ocean based wastewater pipelines. It does not relate to the management, treatment or disposal of wastewater. Thank you.
